Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if my site isn't connecting during Direct Import?
Double-check the Connection Link in the Direct Import popup, an incorrect or outdated link will prevent a successful connection, and you'll see an error message if something's wrong.
What are the best practices for adding multiple sites?
Give each site its own Connection Link, and use + Add Site under the Import tab for each one, this keeps things organized when selecting a site during import.
How do I update the Connection Link for an existing site?
Go to the Direct Import screen, select the site from the dropdown, click Edit, paste the updated Connection Link, and click Connect. A green dot confirms the update worked.
What happens if I delete a site from UiChemy?
It's removed from your list of connected sites, and you won't be able to import designs to it anymore. This action is permanent, so make sure you no longer need the connection before deleting.
