What is AI Express Mode?

AI Express Mode converts your Figma design into a finished, editable WordPress page, and does the finishing work for you.

The problem it solves

A finished design still isn't a finished page. Getting your Figma layout into WordPress is the easy part, it lands as a starting point, not a finished page. The styling, hover, motion, responsive states, and global styles are still left to build by hand, section by section. That last stretch is where the hours disappear.

AI Express Mode finishes the conversion, not just the import. It reads your Figma layers like a browser and builds them natively into your builder, with the manual work already done:

  • Motion, hover, and mouse-interactive effects applied at conversion, at the level you choose.
  • Responsive layout built in, using the same per-breakpoint controls your builder already gives you.
  • Colors and typography synced into your builder's globals as reusable classes.
  • The header and footer handled during the conversion.

What you get

Every section lands as a native, editable Proton Widget, never a flat export or a locked image. Conversion is the start, not the finish line: you can refine anything by hand in the Editor, or just describe the change to Chat AI, which can even build sections that were never in your Figma file.

Two ways to run it

  1. From the Figma plugin (recommended). Run the conversion inside the UiChemy Figma plugin using your Credits. This is the simplest path and needs no extra setup.
  2. From your own AI tools. Already using tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex, or Antigravity? Connect UiChemy MCP and run the same conversion from where you already work.

Good to know before you start

AI Express Mode works best on optimized, auto-layout designs. If your file isn't ready, the plugin will ask you to fix it first. See Design Optimization.

  • Because it reads and rebuilds your design, results are close, though not always perfect on complex layouts. That's why everything stays fully editable.
  • You do not need Elementor Pro to run the conversion.
