How to Tag the TP Navigation Menu Widget for Figma to Elementor?
Tag a navigation menu in your Figma design as the Navigation Menu widget from The Plus Addons for Elementor using UiChemy.
Are you using a navigation menu in your Figma design? You can tag those elements as the Navigation Menu widget from The Plus Addons for Elementor using the UiChemy plugin. When you export the design as an Elementor template, that section will use the Navigation Menu widget.
What Can Be Tagged?
A frame containing multiple texts can be tagged as a Navigation Menu widget.
The Plus Widgets list also has a Navigation Menu Lite tag. It asks for the same fields as Navigation Menu, so follow the steps on this page for either one.
How to Tag?
To do this, open the plugin and choose Classic Mode, then pick one of two options: Step by Step Method or Quick Conversion. This example uses the Step by Step Method.
- First, choose Classic Mode, select the Step by Step Method, and click the Start button.
- Select the top-level page or frame of your layout, then click the Next button. On Optimize Multi-Layer Media, click Lock on any flagged layers (or Lock All), then click Next.
- Under the Widget Tagging Mode tab, select the Manual Widget Tagging option.
- Next, under the Manage Auto Layout tab, you'll see two options: It's already in Auto Layout and Convert to Auto Layout. This example uses the first option.
- After that, under the Tag Widgets tab, choose the frame or container that contains your element (widget). Then search for the Navigation Menu widget from The Plus Widgets in the UiChemy panel and select it. Here you'll see all the supported Elementor widgets.
On the next screen, you'll see information about which element you're tagging as which widget, followed by widget-specific tagging options.
- From the Menu Direction dropdown, choose Horizontal Menu or Vertical Menu.
- From Navigation Menu 1, select the frame of the first menu item.
- In Menu Title, select the text inside that menu item.
- In the Link field, add the menu item URL.
- Click + Add New and repeat steps 7–9 to add the next menu items.
- Once done, click the Save button to complete the tagging, and you'll see a Tagged successfully message.
Now, if you export the design, that element will use the Navigation Menu widget from The Plus Addons for Elementor with your selected menu direction and items.

Since this is a Pro widget, make sure The Plus Addons for Elementor free and pro plugins are installed and activated, and that the widget itself is activated. You might need to make minor adjustments in the widget settings to match your design, especially for elements that aren't tagged.
