Viewing and Exporting Submissions
Browse, filter, read, and export form submissions from the UiChemy Form Submissions dashboard, or use the classic list for page, date, and search filters.
UiChemy → Form Submissions opens a dashboard with every entry from your Composer forms. You can filter by read status or by form, open any submission to see its details, and export submissions to a CSV file.
Need to filter by page or date, or search for a value someone typed? Open the classic list from the Export menu, see The Classic List below.
Use Cases
- Working through new leads, using the Unread filter as a lightweight inbox.
- Exporting one form's submissions to a CSV file for a report.
- Pulling submissions from a specific page or date range, or finding one by name or email, using the classic list.
- Backing up every submission before a cleanup, using Export everything.
Opening Form Submissions
Go to UiChemy → Form Submissions in your WordPress dashboard. The page is headed Form Submissions: "Every entry from your Composer forms."
The Dashboard
Top right:
- All, Unread, and Read, filter the list by read status.
- Refresh (the icon button), reloads the list.
- Export, opens the export menu, see Exporting Submissions.
Form filter. Below the title, All Forms sits next to a button for each form that has received submissions. Click one to see only that form's entries.
Submissions list. On the left, each entry shows the form name, the date and time, and a preview of the submitted values.
Viewing a Submission
Click an entry in the list to open it on the right. You'll see:
- The form name, the date and time, and a link to the page it was submitted from.
- Every field and the value the visitor entered.
- The visitor's IP address and the exact URL the form was submitted From.
Opening a submission marks it as Read. Click Mark unread to flip it back.
Example: An entry from a form called Form shows Aug 25, 2026 5:01 am · Elementor #323, then its two fields, fname and lname, with the values the visitor typed.
To delete a submission, click the trash icon next to Mark unread. A Delete this submission? prompt asks you to confirm, click Delete permanently, or Cancel to keep it.
Deleted submissions can't be recovered. Export them first if you may need the data later.
Exporting Submissions
Click Export at the top right. The menu downloads a CSV file:
- Export all forms, every form in one file. When you've picked a single form, this option becomes Export "[form name]", only that form.
- Export everything, all forms, read and unread. It appears when you've narrowed the list by form or read status.
- Open classic list, switches to the classic list view.
The Classic List
The classic list has more filters than the dashboard: form, page, date range, and free-text search. Open it from Export → Open classic list.
