Generate Images with AI in AI Website Creator
Choose an image model, use your site's brand context and write useful image prompts in AI Website Creator.
Generate a new picture when stock media does not match your idea. The image generator works from a description and can add the current site's brand context to help the result fit your design.
At a Glance
- Open an image's Replace > Generate tab.
- Write a description in Describe your image.
- Choose a Model, including its resolution badge.
- Use Match this site's brand when the project has brand context.
- AI image generation is available on Studio and Agency plans.
Generation uses your AI credit balance. The model picker labels its estimates as tokens. Treat them as estimates, not a guaranteed fixed charge. Review the estimate before generating, especially for a higher-resolution option.
Generate an Image for a Selected Slot
Choose the image slot
Select a picture in the Design Editor. Open Replace, then Generate. This is the image generator, not the section generator.
Describe the result
In Describe your image, include the subject, setting, visual style and composition. Mention where the subject should sit if the section needs empty space for text.
Choose the model and brand context
Select a Model and check its resolution and token estimate. When Match this site's brand appears, leave it checked for an on-brand picture or uncheck it for this generation only.
Generate and review
Click Generate image. The button is unavailable while the description is empty or a generation is running. Review the result in the selected section, then check its responsive framing. Reuse generated outputs through Replace > Library > Generated.
Model Picker
These are the selectable names and resolution badges in the image panel. The two Nano Banana Pro entries are different resolution choices, not duplicate options.
| Model | Resolution shown | Selection note | Plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gemini 2.5 Flash | 1K | Initial model selection | Studio or Agency |
| Nano Banana Pro | 1K | Separate from its 4K option | Studio or Agency |
| Nano Banana Pro | 4K | Check the larger estimate before use | Studio or Agency |
| GPT Image Mini | 1K | Distinct from GPT Image | Studio or Agency |
| GPT Image | HD | Uses the HD badge in this picker | Studio or Agency |
The picker shows an approximate token estimate beside each model. Follow the current app display for costs. Resolution badges describe the model option; they are not a separate width-and-height form. This panel does not offer a separate quality, seed or negative-prompt control.
Match This Site's Brand
Match this site's brand is checked initially and only appears when there is brand information to apply. The panel can show palette swatches and brand-style or industry tags so you can see the context being added.
Brand context is added after your description. Your explicit instructions take priority. If you ask for red, the brand palette is not meant to replace that instruction with another color. Unchecking the option changes this generation, not the project's stored brand settings.
Write a Useful Prompt
Describe the picture itself. Do not ask the image generator to build a full web page, add navigation or rearrange a section.
Hero Photograph with Space for Text
A realistic photograph of a ceramic coffee cup on a warm wooden cafe table beside a window. Soft morning light, natural colors, calm atmosphere. Place the cup on the right half and leave the left half uncluttered for a headline. No lettering, watermark or logo.
Service Illustration
A clean editorial illustration of a small business owner organizing customer appointments on a laptop. Simple rounded shapes, restrained detail, a light background and generous empty space. Friendly and professional, not a screenshot. No text or logos.
Consistent Product Collection
A studio product photograph of one amber glass skincare bottle on a pale stone surface. Soft side lighting, subtle shadow, front-facing bottle, centered composition. Keep the background simple and match the calm, premium mood of the existing site. No readable label or extra products.
Credits and Failed Requests
AI generation requires both an eligible plan and sufficient credits. A paid plan does not make each generation free. If a request fails, read the inline error before retrying. A new generation can produce a different result, so reuse an existing asset when it already meets your needs.
