UiChemy Cursor Plugin
Install the Cursor plugin and use its task skills with clear account and approval boundaries.
The UiChemy Cursor plugin connects Cursor to hosted UiChemy MCP and adds task-specific skills. Use it when you want your assistant to follow a structured site-building or editing workflow instead of choosing tools without guidance.
At a Glance

- Sign in to your own UiChemy account through OAuth.

What the Skills Guide
| Skills | Intended task |
|---|---|
| get-started, open-uichemy | Account orientation, project listing and previews |
| build-site-from-brief | Choose layouts, write slot-fitting copy, create a project and validate it |
| edit-site-design, pitch-colour-variants | Refine a design or compare palette ideas |
| add-blog-pages, add-custom-section | Add focused content and section structures |
| design-to-wordpress, rebuild-page-for-wordpress | Prepare designs for a WordPress-oriented workflow |
| export-to-wordpress, deploy-to-own-wordpress | Prepare export and guide the supported import workflow |
| publish-live-site | Publish a live WordPress site on a UiChemy address (.uichemysites.com) with confirmation |
| import-existing-site | Listed in the public plugin, but the hosted server does not import code written elsewhere. New projects are built from library layouts |
These names identify skill files, not buttons in the UiChemy app. The hosted server's project tool states that HTML, CSS or JavaScript written elsewhere is not imported, so do not expect an import skill to work. WordPress destination support must still match the current importer; see the Gutenberg note in UiChemy MCP.
Build With Useful Constraints
Build a UiChemy site for Cedar Studio with Home, Services, About and Contact. First summarize the structure and confirm the connected account. Use real section layouts and copy that fits their slots. Do not invent client names, awards, testimonials or image URLs. Do not publish or overwrite an existing project.
Keep Approval Explicit
The public plugin instructs the assistant to confirm deletion, overwrites and publishing, never ask for a WordPress password, and not change DNS, domains or hosting. Treat those as assistant workflow rules, not proof that every MCP tool has a server-side approval dialog. Set your own client permissions and require approval for risky actions.
