# How to Export Figma Design to Elementor Using UiChemy?

Export your Figma design to an editable Elementor page or template using UiChemy.

Converting a Figma design into an editable Elementor page or template can be time-consuming, UiChemy simplifies the process, saving you time and boosting your workflow.

Picking the right export method matters as much as the conversion itself: choosing Copy to Clipboard for a full multi-page layout, or Direct Import for a single section, leads to extra manual work you didn't need to do. See [Important Considerations for Export](#important-considerations-for-export) below before you export.

### Export Design from Figma

In the UiChemy plugin, select your frame, choose **Classic Mode → Step by Step Method**, and work through the 8-step wizard: select your page, lock media, choose your widget tagging mode, manage Auto Layout and optimize your design, tag widgets, set responsive behavior, sync global styles, and set your conversion settings. See [First Conversion](/classic-mode/getting-started/first-conversion) for the full step-by-step walkthrough with all 8 steps in detail.

Once conversion finishes, open the page or template where you want to add the design in the Elementor editor, right-click, select **Paste from other site**, and press **Ctrl + V**. Your design is added to Elementor.

### Important Considerations for Export

- If you have a complete page layout, use the **Direct Import** method.
- If you're exporting smaller sections, or just one section of the entire design, use **Copy to Clipboard**.
- If you're exporting multiple pages, only **Direct Import** is available.
